Columbia College is a private liberal arts college committed to providing a quality academic and athletic experience for all student-athletes. There are over 152 student-athletes. The student body is comprised of 1,500 undergraduate and graduate students from across the United States and more than twenty countries.
The Younts Stadium was made possible by Melvin and Dollie Younts. Dollie Younts, and their daughter, Kerry Younts Culp, both attended Columbia College. Completed in 2003, the field is home to Columbia College soccer.
In the summer of 2008, the field was renovated with new bleachers, a pressbox, and ticket booth.
Student-athletes come first in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). Their needs, desires and ambitions guide our every decision. They are the inspiration that drives us to make character a core component and benefit of all intercollegiate sports. That's why we are here and why we stand apart.
The AAC is to promote the education and development of students and to provide athletic competition among its institutions to designated champions in sponsored sports, to increase visibility of its members to their publics, and to promote the highest ethical standards of character, conduct, sportsmanship, & fair play.
